Responsibilities

  • Building Broker and Affiliate relationships. Identifying their needs and qualifying their portfolio. Create satisfying business cooperations.
  • Implementing smart and easy communication. Assisting with all training and materials needed to succeed.
  • You act as the focal point for our business partners (Broker and Affiliates). Ensuring the greatest business experience with us and how they present us.
  • Drive broker and affiliate onboarding, and interactions.
  • Enhancing current business partners’ awareness. Educate, engage for new cooperation opportunities and develop account intelligence. Follow up with potential brokers and affiliates who expressed interest.
  • Maintaining proximity with existing business partners to ensure partnership satisfaction at all times.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, growth hacking, and product teams. Using case opportunities through direct engagement and insight tools.

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equal.
  • Performing (preferred) in fast-paced business environments. Providing experience in building B2B relationships. Sales, marketing, as well as financial services, consulting, business development, investment banking, or client success roles.
  • Fearlessness and willingness to hop on the phone with new people and pitch the Moonshot value proposition. Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication is an advantage.
  • You own exceptional and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Paired with excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic presence.

  • Be responsible of the full life cycle development of several key applications including: Technical and statistical research, design, coding and integration
  • Developing and integrating new and existing software as part of a large-scale system
  • Tackle tough problems and find creative ways to solve them
  • Write high quality, functional code using C++/Rust development
  • Leverage our in-house autonomous tools to manage all development flow, from setting up our development environment to creating git branches and deploying services to production
  • Be the owner of your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of our products
  • Manage and complete tasks using TDD, continuous integration and modern development processes

Requirements

  • Responsible for Incident- and Request-Management in 1st- & 2nd – Level (Matrix42)
  • Support in the software and hardware area as well as support (Windows10, O365, smartphones, notebooks, Linux workstations, etc.)
  • Analysis, classification and processing of incoming requests
  • Collaboration in the support and operation of the network & server infrastructure (HP, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Independent solution of complex faults and requirements in the responsible specialist area
  • Remote support and assumption of tasks in projects / sub-projects


Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training or experience
  • IT experience in the automotive environment is advantageous
  • Several years of professional experience as an IT support employee / IT system administrator or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of 1st & 2nd level support (hardware & software)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and Windows servers
